💡 Extra tip
The suggestions above are based on an average body shape. Depending on your waist, we suggest:
- Narrow waist: Choose 1 size smaller than the recommended size.
- Regular waist: Choose the recommended size.
- Wide waist: Choose 1 size larger than the recommended size.
Recommendations are based on an average body shape. Your body composition (muscle mass or body fat) affects the fit.
- 1. Waist circumference: Place the tape around the narrowest part of your waist.
- 2. Hip circumference: Keep your feet together and place the tape around the widest part of your hips.
- Measure the length of your foot (cm) and find your EU size in the table.
Measure over underwear, with the tape horizontal and snug (not tight).
