Payment of Orders
At ELLIZ CLOSET you can pay for your order in the following ways:
Credit / Debit Card & Digital Wallets (Viva Wallet)
- Visa and Mastercard cards
- Apple Pay / Google Pay
- IRIS instant payments
Card payments are made in a secure, encrypted environment. We do not store your card details.
Cash on Delivery
- You pay the courier upon receipt, with an additional charge of €2.00 (with ELTA Courier, for orders over €99: €2.50).
- For orders over €180 cash on delivery is NOT available; payment must be completed by card or bank deposit before dispatch.
Direct Bank Transfer
You can deposit the amount of your order into one of the following accounts:

Beneficiary (for both accounts): ELLIZCLOSET MENS CLOTHING OE
In the deposit reference, write your order number. The order is dispatched after the deposit has been confirmed.
Order Shipping
Orders are shipped with Geniki Taxydromiki, ELTA Courier or BOX NOW, depending on the customer’s choice. For ready-to-ship products, dispatch is usually made on the same or the next working day after the order is registered.
You can also collect your order free of charge from our store in Xanthi (Tsimiski 42). Collection from our store is not selected at checkout; it is arranged directly with us, on 2541109603 or at info@ellizcloset.gr.
Delivery Time
- Urban centres: 1–3 working days
- Remote areas: up to 5 working days

- Geniki Taxydromiki: €3.00
- ELTA Courier: €3.50
- BOX NOW (automated parcel locker): €2.00
- Collection from a Geniki Taxydromiki store (card payment only): €1.00
- Collection from our store in Xanthi (Tsimiski 42), by arrangement with the store: Free
- Cash on delivery: additional €2.00
- Free shipping for orders from €99. With cash on delivery, for orders over €99, shipping costs €2.00 (Geniki Taxydromiki) or €2.50 (ELTA Courier).
Cyprus
- BOX NOW (automated parcel locker): €5.00
- Geniki Taxydromiki: €7.50 — delivery in 5–8 working days
- Free shipping for orders from €129.
- Cash on delivery is not available for Cyprus.
Europe (EU)
- Shipping on request — contact us at info@ellizcloset.gr or on 2541109603; it is not available at the online store’s checkout.
- DHL (parcels up to 10 kg): €20.00 — delivery in 5–6 working days
- Available only by bank deposit.
Exchanges & Returns
- Product exchange (the courier brings the new item and collects the old one): €6.50 exchange fee, paid to the courier as cash on delivery — plus the price difference, if any
- Return as store credit: value of the items minus €6.50 return shipping — the credit is added to your account and does not expire
- Withdrawal from the contract within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason: the direct costs of returning the goods are borne by you — with your own carrier nothing is deducted; with our arrangement €6.50 is deducted (actual cost of the return)
- Defective or wrong item: at no charge — all costs are ours
- Cyprus: exchange and store credit are not available; withdrawal applies, with the products returned at your own expense
