The website www.ellizcloset.gr is an online store (e-shop) for the retail sale of men’s clothing and accessories over the Internet, established, operated and exploited by the company:

(hereinafter ‘the company’, ‘we’, ‘ELLIZ CLOSET’).

Every user who enters, browses, transacts or makes use of the services of the online store (hereinafter ‘visitor’, ‘user’ or ‘customer’) is deemed to have read, understood and accepted unreservedly these Terms of Use, without any exception. If you do not agree with any term, you must, at your own responsibility, refrain from visiting and using the website.

2. General Terms – Amendments

The company reserves the right to freely amend or revise the terms and conditions of use and of transactions, whenever it deems necessary, undertaking the obligation to inform consumers of any change through the pages of this online store. Contracts via the online store are concluded in the Greek language.

3. Information Provided & Products

The company is committed to the accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of the information set out in the online store, both as regards its identity and as regards the products and the transactions offered. In the context of good faith, the company is not liable for and is not bound by entries of electronic data made in error or by oversight and is entitled to correct them whenever it becomes aware of their existence. Product images are indicative; there may be minor colour differences due to screen settings.

4. Prices – VAT

All stated product prices include the applicable VAT. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed separately at checkout, before the final submission of the order. The company reserves the right to change prices; the price that applies is the one stated at the time the order is completed.

5. Order & Formation of Contract

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer by the customer to buy the selected products.
  • The sales contract is deemed to be concluded upon confirmation of the order by the company (e.g. by a confirmation email).
  • The company reserves the right not to accept or to cancel an order in cases such as: product unavailability, an error in the price or description, inability to identify the customer or suspicion of fraud.
  • In case of unavailability after the order has been placed, we inform the customer in good time and refund any amount paid.

6. Availability & Cancellation

The company does not guarantee the continuous availability of all products displayed in the online store, but informs the customer on the basis of the data it keeps. It has no obligation to pay compensation for any harm or damage arising from the cancellation, non-performance or delayed performance of an order, other than the refund of any price paid.

8. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

The customer (consumer) has a right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days, as well as the possibility of exchanging a product, under the terms described in detail on the page ‘Exchanges & Returns’, in accordance with the applicable legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU, Joint Ministerial Decision Z4-891/2013, Law 2251/1994 on consumer protection).

9. User Responsibility

The user/customer undertakes to use the services, information and data of the online store in accordance with the law, good morals and good faith. In particular, it is prohibited to send, publish or transmit in any way content that is unlawful, offensive or harmful to the company or third parties, as well as content that infringes the rights of third parties (e.g. intellectual property), as well as the transmission of viruses or malicious software. Harassment of third parties and the unauthorised collection of other users’ personal data are also prohibited.

10. Limited Licence of Use

The company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal and limited right of access to and use of the website and its contents. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute or otherwise use the website and its elements for commercial purposes, unless expressly permitted herein.

11. Limitation of Liability

The content, products and services are provided ‘as is’. The company is not liable for any damage that a visitor or third party may suffer from a cause related to the operation or non-operation of the website. The above limitations do not affect the consumer’s rights under mandatory law.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

All content of the online store (texts, trademarks, logos, images, graphics, photographs, software) constitutes intellectual and industrial property of the company or third parties and is protected by Greek, European and international law. Any copying, reproduction or modification of the content for commercial or other purposes without the prior written consent of the company is prohibited.

The website may contain links to third-party websites. These websites are not under the control of the company, which bears no responsibility for their content or their privacy practices. You use them at your own risk.

15. Dispute Resolution – Applicable Law

  • These terms are governed by Greek law and the law of the European Union.
  • For any dispute, the parties will seek an amicable settlement.
  • In accordance with Regulation (EU) 524/2013, the consumer may have recourse to the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform of the European Commission: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
  • The consumer may also contact the Consumer Ombudsman (www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr).
  • The competent courts are the courts of the company’s registered office, without prejudice to any mandatory-law provisions in favour of the consumer.
